I have been there when you walk out after a long shift and crash the moment you get home.

I get what it feels like to be mandated to work extra, only to walk into your home with everyone sleeping. I’ve been as burned out as you are. I’ve failed big time with my kids by letting them down because of work, and I’ve put on a happy face in public more times than I can count.

I’ve been tired, out of shape, and, yes, literally overweight from the pressure of nursing. Life coaching saved me. I know that sounds like a big, bold statement, but it’s true.
